Rev. Aaron C. Lee, Sr., is the Pastor of The New Philippian Baptist Church. Where he serves with a fervent desire to meet the needs of God’s people. Pastor Lee provides practical biblical teaching and preaching for everyday life.
Pastor Lee, born a native of Camden New Jersey, to the late Mr. & Mrs. James and Ruth Lee their 4th born of seven. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Randy Inez Lee. They have three sons, Aaron Jr.(Kia), Joseph (Santina) and Sean, and five grandchildren, Aaron III, Kayla, Marcus, Joseph Jr. and Akira. Pastor Lee graduated from Camden High School in 1977 with top 10 honors. He was an all American Musician. For the past 35 years he has been in the paper, and corrugated industry. Working with three companies, Georgia Pacific, Weyerhaeuser Paper, and International Paper where he now holds a supervisor’s position.
Pastor Jocephus Guinn Jr. is a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee where he attended and graduated from Howard High School. Following graduation he attended Fisk University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education.
While at Fisk he met and married Carol Ann Cochran. God has blessed this union of 43 years with two sons, Jocephus III and Damon Morris Cochran.
In 1971 Jocephus successfully managed and coordinated a federally funded Model Cities Program in the city of Chattanooga, Tenn.
Rev. Cedric B. Holmes SR is the pastor of White Oak Baptist Church, located in Lindenwold, New Jersey, where he has been preaching and teaching to the people of God for 16 years. He is a faithful, available servant used by the Lord and has studied to prove himself diligent, rightly dividing the word of truth. He loves the Lord and serves him with all of his heart
Rev. Holmes started his spiritual walk in 1984 learning to serve and walk as a Deacon. In 1986 he was ordained as a Deacon at Friendship Baptist Church in Brotmanville NJ and four years later in December of 1990 he was licensed to preach the Gospel of Christ Jesus. During this time he served and worked in the Ebenezer Missionary Union of South Jersey, served as Spiritual Leader at the Mission Teen Center in Norma, and Director of the Evangelistic Outreach Ministries at St. James Baptist Church, Norma, New Jersey. On April 23, 1996 Rev. Cedric B. Holmes SR was ordained by the Permit Council of the Bethany Association of South Jersey under the tutelage of his pastor, the late Rev. David Bell. God continued to open up pathways for Rev. Holmes to excel and in February 1997 White Oak Baptist in New Jersey Church called him to pastor.
Rev. Rodney Roland accepted the Lord at the early age of 12. He has been licensed to preach since December 1996 and has 15 years in ministry. Rev. Rodney is a native of the Camden County area in southern New Jersey and a graduate of King’s Christian High School. He received a Master’s degree of Biblical Counseling through Liberty University, and a Doctorate of Theology from North Carolina College of Theology.
Presently, Rev. Rodney plays an active role in the Faith Based Initiative of The Workforce Investment Board of Camden County. He is also Senior Pastor of Macedonia Baptist Church in Westville, New Jersey running multiple services in English and in Spanish. Under Rev. Rodney’s leadership, Macedonia has recently moved to a much bigger and resourceful establishment, allowing them to quickly expand in membership size and in services offered to the surrounding communities.
Macedonia Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Roland Bush strives to meet the needs of the community. He has a heart for the needy and down trodden. He offer a food pantry, spiritual counseling to those who need it and community outreach because of concerns for the lost. He believes Jesus last command should be Christian’s last concerns.
